One of my friends was evicted from his home and was moving from one terrible house to another terrible house. He has a very good sense of humor and wanted to explain the situation as well as invite everyone to a house warming party at his new home. We printed the scroll invite on cheap craft paper and mailed them in plain tubes marked with " EVICTION NOTICE OPEN IMMEDIATELY " This mailer ensured us a 100% response rate as most people called us the day they received the tube yelling at us for scaring them into believing that they were being evicted.
