Mono is a refined monthly publication aimed at gentleman over 50, providing the latest information on design, fashion, culture & current affairs.

I wanted to create interesting layouts with an awkward dynamic between text and image , yet still have an end product that was practical, and legible.
 
The Mono logotype is a custom typeface I created for the magazine. I wanted something modern and simple that accentuated the simplicity of title. The result was a clean and airy typeface with an almost futuristic feel about it. I went on to create the full alphabet in the same style.
