TypeCon is an annual conference presented by the non-profit Society of Typographic Aficionados (SOTA), an international organization dedicated to the promotion, study, and support of typography and related arts.

I have designed a unique typeface and logotype for the festival identity based on the theme Surge. The logotype was created as a three-dimensional object. The object has been produced in different material and forms. Through the use of various materials and activities around the logotype the viewer experience it different every time. The creative process is captured in cinematic teasers and posters. It's possible to connect the posters horizontal or vertical to visualize the continuous change and transitions.
