MFA Dagi - Custom font project
- MFA DAGI
This is MFA Dagi, a Didone inspired fat custom font which was commissioned for a catalog of an exhibition at The Museum of Fine Arts (Budapest, Hungary).
Later in the making the need for a special tailored version arose as for the technique to cut the titles used on the wall the hairlines of the original version were unsuitable. It might have called a reversed optical grade as the bigger the titles got the more robust the letterforms became.

- Fonts feature alternate glyphs for a few characters
- Fonts feature swash glyphs for a few characters
- The fonts feature a few pattern as well – one based on historic print samples – that can be set seamless.
