  • Say hello to Santa.
  • Poster Ingredients:
    Flour, 225 g • Butter, 150 g • Sugar, 50 g • Eggs, 3 yolk eggs
  • How we did it:
    1. Place the flour on the work surface, put the butter in the center, 40g sugar and yolks. Knead vigorously until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
    2. Roll out the dough about 1 cm high and cut the letters as many small biscuits.
    3. Arrange on a plate lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
    4. Bake in hot oven at 150-160°C until they are lightly golden.
    5. Take off and serve hot.
